    InternationalLog:
Hi, Newbie here. Been around for a little while. Just got my first COTMC order and I've been stoked since. If there wasn't any rain today, I would've cracked it open, but it was pouring, and I couldn't bear it outside...so I went out for a small J Fuego Delirium instead. I'm looking forward to some great times here, and I've already had great interactions with Cigar.com's customer service. It's the closest thing to actually having someone walk you into their humidor and show you around. Cheers, and good smokes! P.S: I wasn't able to login to the forums with Firefox 3 on Apple OS X 10.5. Anyone else experience that? ~Thom
    Welcome!

Greetings and Salutations from the Great White North

Winter is almost here and its soon time to hibernate most of the cigars. I have enjoyed reading the posts on ccom. I figured it was time to get off the lurkers couch and introduce myself.

Just another newb introduction. I'm a member of a (very exclusive) gentleman's club where all three of us sit around, smoke pipes and eat animals who's legality is challenged in some countries. I needed a place to store my pipe tobacco, so I bought the 10 cigar with free humidor deal from ccom, buying the box and considering the cigars a bonus. Now I'm hooked on the cigars and what was originally supposed to be a throwaway perk is now costing me hundreds of dollars. I like loud music, spicy food, stupid questions and Connecticut wrapper.

Hi, all. I'm Scott from Wisconsin. Yes, I'm a Packer Fan and yes, I'm a Badger Fan. I'll try to make this introduction as short as I can but I tend to ramble.... I'm 46 and my first cigar was an Ashton Cabinet Belicoso (I think) given to me at my step-daughter's wedding in June of this year. It was OK, not having any idea what I was doing, etc. Having no cutter, I bit off a small part of the cap which left me spitting for a few minutes. My friend instructed me on a few of the basics but he could only do so much. As the summer went on, I got thinking more and more about the cigar experience, contacted the gentleman who gave me the cigar and he recommended this website. I purchased a an Arturo Fuente determined to 'give it another try'. That day, the wind was blowing quite a bit, smoked it way too fast, not overly-enjoyable. Then I came across these great forums. Found out I was smoking with the wrong technique, etc. I've got a 50 ct. humidor on order(should be here this afternoon) and have a small order just aching to be placed. My wife is supporting my new-found interest. I promised her I wouldn't smoke indoors so I may venture out on the warm 50 degree days and light up a stick. I've put a lot of different suggestions for cigars into my favorites and intend to work my way happily through them. I'm looking for a mild/medium smoke so I'm open to suggestions.
